Looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to co-start high margin digital companies, find management and run them. Significant annual budget, investor network and support from us. The goal is for you to take on larger and larger responsibilities.

Position / Your Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new high-margin digital companies with us
• Research opportunities in depth and evaluate them
• Start 1-3 companies per year in collaboration with us
• Start the company as interim management
• Find permanent management and help them get started
• Jump in and help out if needed
• Optional: run one of the companies full time

Your Profile

• Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics
• Experience with digital business and/or startups
• Proven organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
• German language skills are a plus
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
• You display a proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur
• Attentive to detail!

Compensation / Potential

• Competitive Base Salary
• High bonus if companies are successful
• 3-5% shares in every company you start
• Higher shares if you run a company for longer
